With 4 decades of experience, I am a result-driven Mental Health Professional and a Clinical Psychologist with a strong track record of excellence, innovation, and impact across multiple domains, and a mastery in the clinical care of individuals suffering from mental health problems.

My key merits lie in my ability to lead with vision, solve complex problems, and drive sustainable change. I combine analytical rigour with a people-centred approach in clinical practice, enabling me to create solutions that are both effective and inclusive.

Throughout my career, I have delivered high-impact outcomes, whether through clinical work, research, policy development, technology, or community initiatives. My work has led to measurable improvements in organisational performance, social equity, and access to critical resources. I have earned recognition for my leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into action.

A group of 150 Clinical Psychologists trained at a leading Mental Health Service Centre in the capital city, under my supervision, are practising and serving in various capacities with a nationwide spread, holding key positions. I am especially proud of initiatives that have empowered underserved communities, advanced educational equity, and promoted innovation in the public and private sectors alike.

In addition to my technical and strategic contributions, I bring a strong ethical foundation and a commitment to service. I have mentored emerging professionals, contributed to policy dialogues, and advocated for systemic improvement that creates opportunity for all.

My impact is reflected not only in the outcomes of my extensive work with individuals suffering from mental health problems but also in the positive influence I have had on teams, institutions, and the broader field.
